I have been searching for a used car for myself for quite awhile, when I finally found the car I was looking for. I had put off buying a new car for a long time, in large part because I have usually found the process to be tedious and sometimes unpleasant. John made me and my wife feel comfortable right away, carefully explained (but did not push) any of the add-on options, and even after we had wrapped up the sale he took the time to patiently walk me through the features on my new Camry that I was not familiar with. I recently purchased a "new" 2012 FJ Cruiser from Darcars Toyota of Frederick. I am quite knowledgeable regarding this vehicle as I have followed it since its inception, and finally found mysel from Darcars Toyota of Frederick. I am quite knowledgeable regarding this vehicle as I have followed it since its inception, and finally found myself at the right time to make the purchase. It began with an online search and resulted in receiving a contact email and then an "internet price" from Mr. Mark Lawson. It then moved to a test drive, trade-in evaluation and negotiations. From the very start, Mr. Lawson was appropriately professional, polite, and willing to listen - not just rush to sell a vehicle. This created an inviting atmosphere, which lent itself to keeping my business at this dealership instead of the 2 competitors we visited within the same time frame. I actually paid a bit more, but was pleased to do so, partly due to the treatment I received. Mr. Nevai added to the experience, involving himself as needed, particularly during negotiating the deal. My significant other and I discussed the experience and agreed that it was by far the most pleasant either of us have ever experienced. I commend both gentlemen for admirably representing an industry and occupation that not always leaves custmers happy or satisfied. I would most certainly return to work with them in the future should the need arise. More
