He was also accomodating and understanding when we had to leave in the middle of the purchasing process to pick up a child at school! The entire process was smooth sailing. Since it was a one way trip for me, I took a bus (which I do not recommend) and after multiple delays, "bad brakes" looks like I would be stuck in Baltimore. He said he'd be there in an hour and came and picked me up. It was a good buying experience. We get a new car every few years. This was the first time I bought out of state, but it was painless and efficient. I will call them first when we purchase our next Toyota. More
