John gave us a good tour of the vehicle and its features, even showing my wife how to pair her phone to the bluetooth unit in the car. More

Can't beat the friendly, low-key atmosphere. And we especially appreciated our most recent experience with Jesse Torreyson, the Darcar finance manager we worked with this last time around. When we explained at the outset that we didn't want to purchase any of the many extra protection options available (attractive as they might be), he did not apply any heavy-handed pressure to make us reconsider. How refreshing! Since the Prius is such a reliable car, (we've bought 3 over the years), our interaction with the service department has mainly been for "check-ups;" we've always been pleased with their workmanship and courtesy. We called Darcars in search of a specific vehicle. Jason Vaughn went to to other location in Frederick to pick it up and brought it to the 355 location for us. He was also accomodating and understanding when we had to leave in the middle of the purchasing process to pick up a child at school! The entire process was smooth sailing. I went in for service on my corolla. I have been wanting the rav4 but my lease had been too new so the payments would not work. They talk with you and make you feel comfortable. I wanted a 2012 because I like the back better than the 2013. The 2012's are almost all gone so I needed to make a deal. They worked with me and I now have a beautiful rav4. I really like doing business there. Even when we couldn't make a deal the last time they didn't make me feel bad. More
