I went in for service on my corolla. I have been wanting the rav4 but my lease had been too new so the payments would not work. They talk with you and make you feel comfortable. I wanted a 2012 because I like the back better than the 2013. The 2012's are almost all gone so I needed to make a deal. They worked with me and I now have a beautiful rav4. I really like doing business there. Even when we couldn't make a deal the last time they didn't make me feel bad. More

Since it was a one way trip for me, I took a bus (which I do not recommend) and after multiple delays, "bad brakes" looks like I would be stuck in Baltimore. He said he'd be there in an hour and came and picked me up. It was a good buying experience. We get a new car every few years. This was the first time I bought out of state, but it was painless and efficient. I will call them first when we purchase our next Toyota. More
