Toyota incentive for the month was 0% financing and that helped seal the deal. An unexpected but nice touch was having the car presented with a full tank of gas. John gave us a good tour of the vehicle and its features, even showing my wife how to pair her phone to the bluetooth unit in the car. More

Can't beat the friendly, low-key atmosphere. And we especially appreciated our most recent experience with Jesse Torreyson, the Darcar finance manager we worked with this last time around. When we explained at the outset that we didn't want to purchase any of the many extra protection options available (attractive as they might be), he did not apply any heavy-handed pressure to make us reconsider. How refreshing! Since the Prius is such a reliable car, (we've bought 3 over the years), our interaction with the service department has mainly been for "check-ups;" we've always been pleased with their workmanship and courtesy. I went in for service on my corolla. I have been wanting the rav4 but my lease had been too new so the payments would not work. I went in the sales area again and they worked up some numbers to trade my lease. Everyone there, even if you are not working with them, has a smile and are helpful. They talk with you and make you feel comfortable. I wanted a 2012 because I like the back better than the 2013. The 2012's are almost all gone so I needed to make a deal. They worked with me and I now have a beautiful rav4. I really like doing business there. Even when we couldn't make a deal the last time they didn't make me feel bad. More
