What a great experience from beginning to end, starting with the initial phone call about a car I had seen on the Internet. Jason V. was low key and friendly right from the start, the car was sitting out with the initial phone call about a car I had seen on the Internet. Jason V. was low key and friendly right from the start, the car was sitting out front when I arrived, and Jason answered all my questions in a non-pressured way. I am not big on pushy sales people - I've walked away from many - and Jason was the exact opposite. Within 3 hours, I had negotiated and purchased a 2010 RAV4 in a very comfortable setting. While not specific to Darcars, my only criticism is that the car buying process takes far too long. There's too much paperwork and the process has to be made simpler. I won't hesitate to choose Darcars in the future, though, as I'm always taken care of and treated with courtesy, respect, and the utmost level of customer service. I highly recommend them! More

We have been coming to Darcars Toyota in Frederick for over 15 years and have never had a bad experience. This time was not different. From the appraisal process with Patrick, to the sales with Lacoe and over 15 years and have never had a bad experience. This time was not different. From the appraisal process with Patrick, to the sales with Lacoe and Sasan to the finance department with Jesse - it was a painless and pleasant experience. Patrick graciously passed us on to new sales to Lacoe who could not have been more pleasant and easy to work with. He didn't pressure me or overwhelm me, he was patient as I struggled with which vehicle I wanted to test drive and ultimately buy, and he worked with us to get the process going quickly so we could get back to our kids at home in record time for a two vehicle purchase! Sasan was good-natured and terrific at explaining the bells and whistles on our vehicles. Not that the beautiful Avalon hadn't already worked its way into my husband's heart, but the time Sasan took to show him all of the features of the new Avalon sealed the deal! And Jesse managed to get us through finance faster than we ever have! He was competent, good-humored and polite. We appreciated being treated so respectfully as faithful, loyal Toyota customers and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. Used car sales person, Patrick Lockett, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very laid back and did not pressure me in any way...which was greatly appreciated.
