I generally hate the new car buying experience, but right from the start Santos Rodriquez was both courteous and extremely helpful. No pressure was a huge selling point for my husband and I and I knew when I could, I would be back to make a deal. On my next trip out, Santos wasn't available and Joe Newman stepped in to help answer my questions and helped me look at all the Avalons on the lot. He was pleasant and it was a fun time, especially going from car to car in the dark and rain. The next day both gentlemen were there and Joe courteously turned me back over to Santos, who helped me get the deal I wanted on my new 2013 Toyota Avalon. I love it......
