My wife and I were in the market for a mini-van or SUV. I will say that buying a new car is something I dreaded doing. It wasn't on my list of "fun things to do"! After visiting another dealer (different manufacture), spending 3 hours there with no results, I checked out Darcars Toyota Frederick's web site. I requested an Internet price and received it within minutes. A few days later we visited the dealer after dinner. Locoe greeted us once we arrived. We told him that we had received an inter-net price on a Sienna and that we had figured out what we could afford. Locoe never once tried to put us in a vehicle we weren't comfortable buying! We test drove the Sienna and returned to the dealership to work out the details. Everyone, from the finance person (Jesse Torreyson) to the sales manager (Sasan Nevai) were outstanding! The wanted us to feel comfortable about our purchase, as much as we did. If you're looking for a high pressure, "what can we do to put you in a car today?" type of dealer, this is not the place. We are very pleased with our purchase. We enjoyed buying the vehicle and without question, we would buy from them again. More

When I walked into Frederick Toyota Dealership I was greeted and welcomed. My dad came alone with my fiancée and I. We asked for Jessie Torreyson, he remembered my dad and welcomed us. Jessie is a very nice guy he then introduced us to Ken Daniels, Ken does an awesome job at connecting with his customers like he did with us. He definitely know what hes doing and is a great sales man. I later on meet with James "Mike" Obrien who took care of the financial papers for me, he also welcomed us like others, he is a very funny guy too, I had an amazing experience with all the people at Toyota and i got a 2013 Toyota Camry out of it. Tim had the truck I was looking at already pulled up to the building and ready to go before I got to the dealership. I was also very impressed that they agreed to take my trailer-brake controller out of my trade and install it in the new truck! Mike, the Finance Manager, went over all the money with me so I could follow what was being charged, and he plugged and re-plugged in numbers so I could reach a payment I was happy with. We also, as I see others did as well. saw a new car we wanted online and drove 75 miles on Monday to the dealership. We were very pleased with everything from our sales person, the manager, the financial consultant and the crew in the bay that got our car ready to drive home. They worked with the pricing, they were very knowledgeable of the car and made sure we were by the time we left. We are very impressed with this dealership. Everyone had a smile and it is a top notch facility. I need to go back for an add on and am looking forward to it just to experience their first class waiting room! :) Will definitely recommend this dealership to others.
