He quickly figured out what I wanted in a vehicle and then patiently matched it up with all the little details Kay was looking for. In the end, we got a good deal on a Rav-4 with a minimum of hassle and NO PRESSURE. We accomplished this all in a single afternoon, and had fun doing it! Of course, Joe had a head start with us because we already had a history with Darcars Toyota and liked the way they did business. He also had great support from Mike O'brien, who wrote up our sale and explained all the details of the deal to our satisfaction and understanding.
