The dealership is convenient to get to and well-maintained, and every single person I dealt with - repeat - every single person I dealt with - was friendly and clearly dedicated to customer service. My salesman, Jeff Gaskins, was professional at every step of the way, from first contact to getting the deal I wanted finalized (including trading in my very high-mileage 8-year old van). When he was called away, Eric Hintz stepped in and helped at several points. Most surprising to me, after previous less-than-pleasant experiences with the financial people at other dealerships, Jesse Torreyson was an incredible breath of fresh air, so much so that I stopped him to ask if he was really the finance guy! Friendly, personable, soft-spoken and very accommodating, he provided the exclamation point to a very efficient, rapid, and most unexpectedly pleasing buying experience. We were only browsing for a vehicle starting the same day we bought this one. He has earned our trust and I honestly cant imagine buying another vehicle with anyone else. We are very particular about the games played at dealerships, and in the past have often walked away from cars we may have purchased because of the way the salesman tried to play games with us. That doesnt happen with Jason, and thats why we will keep coming back. We were very well taken care of! Highly recommended. More

My wife and I knew exactly which options we wanted on our new 4Runner, but some of those options aren't offered in our region. And being the end of a model year, it was impossible to order the vehicle from new 4Runner, but some of those options aren't offered in our region. Daniel Tablah and James Welch went out of their way to find the vehicle at another dealership, and transport it. On top of all that, there was no haggling, because our on-the-road price was well below what we were prepared to pay. Overall, I would highly recommend DARCARS Toyota of Frederick. More
