I came to the dealership to sell my old truck. While I was getting an estimate, Ghenna Orlov showed me a truck I was interested in. He did not pressure me at all throughout my visit. I've purchased a few new cars before but this was the best experience that I've had. The price was right and I got what I wanted for my trade. These days when you go to a dealer you can count on waiting best experience that I've had. The price was right and I got what I wanted for my trade. These days when you go to a dealer you can count on waiting for a quote on your trade for 20-30 minutes. Then you wait another 20-30 minutes when you ask for more because they're "talking to the sales manager." Then you're lucky to even get a call back if you decide to wait a day. I did not have to put up with any of that at DARCARS. I had to haggle a little bit but got very quick responses from the sales manager. I noticed before I went shopping that DARCARS has great reviews all over the net. Based on my experience, they've earned that reputation. The finance person I worked with was great also. Answered my questions, didn't try to sell me things I didn't need and pointed out the advantages and disadvantages for all of my options for both the financing and the warranty. Buying a car takes a while but my experience here was very pleasant and I would recommend DARCARS to friends and family. It's not very often that I get to write a good review for service I've received but I was happy to do so after working with this dealer. More

My sales person was fantastic. I had notified the dealership of which car I was coming to see. When I got there Mike gave me the keys and told me to take it for a drive to see how it handled. This was a first- drive on my own without the sales person looking over my shoulder. So I took it out and it handled great, even felt like the seat was already broke in for me. When I returned Mike gave me great news about my car trade in and credit score. He even managed to make the decision about getting the service package a no brainer. We then headed for finance, where OBrien went over the paperwork, with explanation, quickly and efficiently at a pace I could keep and didn't feel like it was dragging out. Both my sales and finance person were great to talk with, the process went quick and smoothly, and I couldn't be happier with my new (to me) car. More

He thoroughly answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. He even helped us compare other car models to give us an idea of what best fit our needs/wants. He was by no means pushy and we felt very comfortable working with him. He also went above and beyond for us by working later hours so that we could seamlessly buy a car in the evening after work. In other words, we first met Ghenna on Saturday afternoon, and purchased our new car that following Monday evening. We purchased our last car, also a HIghlander from DARCARS in Silver Spring in 2004. In 2006 we moved to Frederick and began using the Frederick location for all our service and have been very satisfied with in Silver Spring in 2004. All work has been done correctly. So it was natural for us to turn to your dealership when we were back in the market for a new car. In May we purchased a 2013 HIghlander and I can't say enough about the experience. Our sales associate was Krea Yeager. She did an excellent job at satisfying our requests. As with most car purchases color and options were important and Krea listened carefully and I'm satisfied made every effort to locate what we wanted. In the end we settled for a color we had not thought of but Krea asked us to consider. What I paricularly appreciated was that she didn't "hover". She let us look the vehicle over and discuss it on our own before making a decision. When it came to negotiating price the experience was handled completely professionally. The initial figure was not what we had in mind. Rather then a lot of back and forth Krea quickly introduced the sales manager and we were able to arrive at a mutually agreeable price fairly quickly. Once again I appreciated Krea"s forthrightness with the sales manager, not a lot of back and forth shuttling. Krea is an asset to your business and I have no problem recommending her and DARCARS to friends. We have frequently send friends with Toyota's up there for service. More
