My wife and I purchased our 2013 Toyota 4Runner on September 2, 2013 from DARCARS Toyota in Frederick, MD. We visited another dealer that was less personable but had a competitive offer. We contacted Ghenna based upon the positive initial meeting with him and he was able to meet the other dealer price. The dealership was very busy due to the sales event. Our schedule was a bit hurried as well so I felt a bit overwhelmed for a bit. By the end of the entire transaction I was very comfortable with the process and we are so very happy with the vehicle. We'd like to make additional note of our experience with the finance manager, Mike. Mike has a great personality and accommodated our schedule very well. He kept the ball rolling through the process and extended his contact info with sincere commitment to our satisfaction. Great Job All! More

Went to the dealership at 5pm to look at the prius v and camry. Left at 1030 with a hybred avolon. Been looking for a new car for a while - we typically keep our cars for 10+ years or longer. No trade in this time - but we wanted to look for something that would hold its value and be reliable. We test drove a few cars, ended up at DARCARS of Frederick. Mike Slick spent over 3 hours showing and explaining different models to us, and test driving a few. Big purchase - so we took a week to think it over. We came back after being quite impressed with the "no-pressure" @ DARCARS and Jeff Gaskins ended up closing the deal for us. Between the two of them - they really made the process easy. Mike O'Brien in financing helped wrap up the deal. We ended up having DARCARS swapping the Bridgestone tires for Michelin tires (because we wanted them), and we picked the car up the next day. No problem - consider it done. The car we have has everything we wanted. Definitely a friendly atmosphere & no nonsense place to shop for a car - new or used. More

The Salesmen Jeff Gaskins was very polite, respectful, and helpful. I had a hard time getting things completed on my end, however Jeff was there with me along the way! He never gave up. I've purchased a few new cars before but this was the best experience that I've had. The price was right and I got what I wanted for my trade. These days when you go to a dealer you can count on waiting best experience that I've had. The price was right and I got what I wanted for my trade. These days when you go to a dealer you can count on waiting for a quote on your trade for 20-30 minutes. Then you wait another 20-30 minutes when you ask for more because they're "talking to the sales manager." Then you're lucky to even get a call back if you decide to wait a day. I did not have to put up with any of that at DARCARS. I had to haggle a little bit but got very quick responses from the sales manager. I noticed before I went shopping that DARCARS has great reviews all over the net. Based on my experience, they've earned that reputation. The finance person I worked with was great also. Answered my questions, didn't try to sell me things I didn't need and pointed out the advantages and disadvantages for all of my options for both the financing and the warranty. Buying a car takes a while but my experience here was very pleasant and I would recommend DARCARS to friends and family. It's not very often that I get to write a good review for service I've received but I was happy to do so after working with this dealer. More

My sales person was fantastic. I had notified the dealership of which car I was coming to see. When I got there Mike gave me the keys and told me to take it for a drive to see how it handled. This was a first- drive on my own without the sales person looking over my shoulder. So I took it out and it handled great, even felt like the seat was already broke in for me. When I returned Mike gave me great news about my car trade in and credit score. He even managed to make the decision about getting the service package a no brainer. We then headed for finance, where OBrien went over the paperwork, with explanation, quickly and efficiently at a pace I could keep and didn't feel like it was dragging out. Both my sales and finance person were great to talk with, the process went quick and smoothly, and I couldn't be happier with my new (to me) car. More
