My wife and I purchased our 2013 Toyota 4Runner on September 2, 2013 from DARCARS Toyota in Frederick, MD. We visited another dealer that was less personable but had a competitive offer. We contacted Ghenna based upon the positive initial meeting with him and he was able to meet the other dealer price. The dealership was very busy due to the sales event. Our schedule was a bit hurried as well so I felt a bit overwhelmed for a bit. By the end of the entire transaction I was very comfortable with the process and we are so very happy with the vehicle. We'd like to make additional note of our experience with the finance manager, Mike. Mike has a great personality and accommodated our schedule very well. Went to the dealership at 5pm to look at the prius v and camry. Left at 1030 with a hybred avolon. Been looking for a new car for a while - we typically keep our cars for 10+ years or longer. No trade in this time - but we wanted to look for something that would hold its value and be reliable. We test drove a few cars, ended up at DARCARS of Frederick. Mike Slick spent over 3 hours showing and explaining different models to us, and test driving a few. Big purchase - so we took a week to think it over. We came back after being quite impressed with the "no-pressure" @ DARCARS and Jeff Gaskins ended up closing the deal for us. Between the two of them - they really made the process easy. Mike O'Brien in financing helped wrap up the deal. We ended up having DARCARS swapping the Bridgestone tires for Michelin tires (because we wanted them), and we picked the car up the next day. No problem - consider it done. The car we have has everything we wanted. Definitely a friendly atmosphere & no nonsense place to shop for a car - new or used. More
