What a great experience I had this week at Darcars Toyota in Frederick. I was in the market for a 2014 Sienna XLE in AWD in silver. That is a hard combination to find...especially since I did not want the en in Frederick. I was in the market for a 2014 Sienna XLE in AWD in silver. James Welch, one of the Sales Managers, did an outstanding job finding the car for me, bringing it in quickly, and ensuring that the heated seat recall issue was fixed. He went the extra mile to ensure great customer service. The actual sale was handled by Dennis Dawson...one of the Sales Consultants. Dennis was very knowledgeable, efficient, customer focused, and easy to deal with. Car salesmen often have reputations that make the car buying experience terrible to endure. Dennis is truly the opposite of that; and in fact my wife made the comment “that this was the best car buying experience we’ve ever had in 40+ years of buying new cars.” More

My husband and I drove from Glen Burnie to Frederick to look at our new vehicle! We had looked everywhere in Maryland for a good used Prius with low mileage in our price range, and we found a bunch at Darc look at our new vehicle! I looooooooooove this car! They were fair with the trade-in value of my car (it was KBB), and worked with us to finance at our bank's rate of 1.9% (the bank was 1.99%, so a small lowering), which allowed us more flexibility than the check we had brought with us. Tony went inside and out of the car and did a complete walk around with us to inspect it, and we were able to test drive it on our own (which I appreciate, because other dealers would ride along and make us drive for a really short amount of time in a restricted circle. It was annoying). We test drove the car during the day, and by night when we had finished, we discovered we had a headlight out! Instead of making us come back to Frederick, we are able to take the car to the Toyota dealer near our house to have us fixed, which is a great time saver! I am looking forward to many years ahead of joyful driving. More

I was shopping for a new Prius Five for several months contacting numerous dealerships in the MD/VA area. I started emailing Jeff G. and he was very willing to help with all my inquiries. Just before Thanksgiving a number of deals started and I went to Darcars with a competitor's offer in hand asking them to beat it. David S. took the number from me, ran it through his calculator and ensured me that he could beat it. Kent S. prepared the new car for a test drive while I was waiting for Jeff to arrive and take over. After a short test drive with Jeff I decided that I wanted to seal the deal that very day. I also had a trade-in and after a bit of haggling (always be prepared to do that when buying cars) we agreed on a deal that was acceptable for me. Then Jesse T. took me into his office to finalize the paper work and man, there was a lot of it. He was very helpful explaining several service packages and made the process as simple as possible for me. After a total of about three and a half hours I was sitting in my shiny new Prius driving to work and happy that I got such a nice car for a good price. They even threw in an iPad mini... All in all I would be happy to buy another car there but let's hope that won't be necessary for several years. More
