Since I have a Toyota, I stopped in DARCARS to see if they could help. I was immediately greeted by Bob Coope who went above and beyond in helping me. This turned out to be a job for their service department as my bolts needed to be removed and new holes needed to be drilled. He took care of this no charge to me. He even ran my SUV through the car wash! Bob's friendly and caring demeanor to me and my two kids was very much appreciated. This is truly an example of "paying it forward!" More
