Awesome experience!! Ernie helped me with my new Toyota Rav 4 LE. He is very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the cars. Whenever I have questions I give him a Ernie helped me with my new Toyota Rav 4 LE. He is very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the cars. Whenever I have questions I give him a call and he never refuses to help me. I can always stop by Darcars and he is always willing to help me out. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to see him if they are deciding to buy a new car. I am so happy I did business with them and Ernie was my sales person. Great Experience at Darcars Toyota of Frederick RT 85 I would like to tell everyone about my nice experience with Darcars Toyota Buckeystown Pike, Frederick Maryland. They went beyond the call of duty. I I would like to tell everyone about my nice experience with Darcars Toyota Buckeystown Pike, Frederick Maryland. They went beyond the call of duty. It was a blessing that they allowed me the privilege to lease a new Toyota Corolla with the option to buy. It was an experience I thought I never would have again, because I live on a fixed income. It was a blessing to drive a new car again !! Emmett Russ helped me after Lavenia, the first sales person was not able to do so. He took a special care in me even using kit gloves to clean my car and transfer tags. He took my tags off my old car and helped get my other belongings out my car that I needed and also had the car washed to drive it off the parking lot. The finance officer, Jeff Gaskins negotiated with the the new cars sales managers until I was satisfied with a payment I could afford. Kevin Ignasiak and Herb Ray help answered the extra questions I had and helped me set up blue tooth equipment in the car. Jeff told me all the payment options and was patient with me as I pick out the choose of tags. It took two times for me to decide but they continued to discuss with me any questions I wanted answered, The Sales managers helped in the way they could. My old car was used as a down payment. I really feel fortunate because I thought I would never get to have a brand car with the help of God the creator of everything. I thought they deserved these special words of thanks . Hit a deer and totalled my car. Luckily, I was unhurt. I have dealt with this dealership for years. They have always treated me right. I have known Ernie for years. I trust him. In dealings with other dealerships, we had just not had the experience that made us want to go ahead with the purchase. When we visited DarCars Toyota in Frederick, that all changed. We were warmly greeted by Brett Triplett and after our first conversation, we knew this was the dealership and the salesperson we wanted to purchase a car from. Three days later we drove away in our new Sienna van, happy with the vehicle, the purchase price, the help with financing we received and most importantly, very happy with our dealings with Brett and the entire dealership. During our test drive, he continued explaining the vehicle and engaged in other pleasant conversation points, learning about us and our interests. His approach, style and demeanor is outstanding and extremely welcoming and pleasant! At no time did we feel like we were just another customer or sale, nor an aggressive hard-sell. He was very upfront and honest with us during our pricing conversation and was able to help us come to an agreeable value.
