What a bunch of clowns. They are not in the business of selling cars they are in the business of marking up cars and selling to uneducated buyers when there are plenty of to They are not in the business of selling cars they are in the business of marking up cars and selling to uneducated buyers when there are plenty of toyota dealers selling at msrp. They also snuck in additional fees on top of their markup. They had another line item called "additional taxeable fees" line item of ~$1500, when wuestioned they said it was 500 for dealer processing and another ~1000 for what they call their 2% commission dealer fee. So their "market adjustment" of 1300 was really 2300 (less dealer processing). When I told them I would buy it today at sticker they said would see what they could do and came back with the exact same price lol. The salesman Ernie who I started with wasn't even there when I got back from my test drive and the guy I was handed off to, Kevin, was rude by saying even if he could get it down to msrp he didnt think I would buy it. I have bought plenty of much higher end cars than this, and never owned a japanese car because they were too common. This just confirmed the customer experience that comes with cheaper car makers is not for me. Stay far away from these idiots. I was literally the only customer in the showroom with like 5-10 sales people sitting around doing nothing, you would think they would want my business. The market has already peaked folks! Even if they call me back offering it under sticker I want nothing to do with them! More

We had several emails back and forth when we travelled to Darcars to reserve a vehicle that was in shipment. Sean kept us informed over the next month of the status of the vehicle up to its arrival. Sean did an excellent job keeping me the customer informed and happy. We picked up the car on Sean's day off and Daniel walked us through the transfer, payment and pickup process.
