Awesome deal and great experience! Victor contacted me as soon as I submitted my query on Costco auto program web site. The price he quoted me for a new 2019 Toyota Corolla LE was below Victor contacted me as soon as I submitted my query on Costco auto program web site. The price he quoted me for a new 2019 Toyota Corolla LE was below invoice, including Toyota's $1500 rebate. I checked dealerships around DC metro area including VA, no one came close in price. Since they did not have the color I wanted, they offered me additional $500 off to take a car in their local inventory. I bought their only 1 left with slate/gray exterior color displayed in Costco Frederick "show room". Their color selection was limited, but they made an offer that I could not refuse. I ended up getting the car for $3K less than the invoice (as per Toyota & Costco websites), no freight/destination charge. The overall experience was excellent. Victor was super helpful and very professional. The managers were great also. There was no haggle, no pressure, no additional fees. Highly recommend the dealership and Victor! More
Great Experience I went into Darcars to just check out getting a new daily driver and wanted to test drive the new Corolla hatchback. I worked with Kwame Odum since my friend who was with me had just purchased a Toyota Tacoma truck from him. Kwame provided an excellent sales experience. When I wasn't happy with the storage space of the Corolla, Kwame was able to move me to another car which would better fit my needs: C-HR. The negotiation process is almost what you would expect from any car purchase. But it was more pleasant than my last new car purchase from a European luxury car maker. The deal process also involved Pierre Ndiaye, the sales manager. While there was some back and forth, in no time did I feel insulted with what I was asking for. We eventually arrived at a deal which we all were good with. Again, a very different experience than my last vehicle purchase. The final step was working with Eric Hintz in finance. Again, a nice experience with the expected upsell on some things but definitely no pressure with whether I wanted to go with the add on or not. I also have to say once the numbers were set from the negotiations, there wasn't any additional surprises. The European brand I mentioned had other charges buried in the invoice to include charges for nitrogen being added into the tires and the cost of filling up my car with gas. I'm also pleased the staff was able to work around my unique situation in purchasing the vehicle which I have to say is really out of the norm. The delivery experience was also very different than my experience with the European luxury brand. While the European car I purchased was given a supermodel presentation at the time of delivery with it in a dedicated delivery room, the celebrity experience stopped there. Due to the contentious nature of the negotiation/finance experience, the salesman pretty much dropped the keys in my hand and walked off. In contrast, Kwame made sure the car looked as if it rolled off the assembly line untouched. He spent additional time making sure I was good with the features of the car before I drove off. The nice touch which I didn't get with the European experience was having my car presented to me with a big red bow and him taking a picture of me next to my car. The inclusion of 2 years/25,000 miles of routine maintenance and the 1 month follow up for me to bring my car back in to get cleaned and to have their tech person go over any other questions of the car is an added nice touch. As I mentioned, I wasn't planning on buying a car when I visited Darcars. But my experience with Kwame and the sales process was enough for me to leave with a new car purchase. More

We looked and priced the truck with at least 6 dealerships around Maryland. Once Victor Castro got involved, we knew he was the person we wanted to sell us this truck. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and patient. He gave us the best price for the truck my husband had been looking for. We would recommend Victor and DARCARS Toyota of Frederick very highly. We had a good experience working with Edward Dwimoh as well and he was very patient to go over all our options and transfer our specialty tags for us. Thank you so much Victor and Edward. More

Kwame showed us different trims of the Highlander and educated us on the pros and cons of each one. He first listened to what we wanted in a family vehicle, and he guided us in selecting the car that would meet our needs as a family and our budget without putting any undue pressure on us. It was freezing cold on this day, but he painstakingly drove the three cars we were considering into their heated showroom so we could be comfortable when looking at what each car had to offer without rushing the process due to the freezing temperature. I should also add that he was very hospitable- offering us coffee, hot chocolate and warm water several times. We were able to negotiate a great deal with him and his manager, Pierre, after Kwame put in a good word. Thank you, Mr. Odum. We will definitely be referring my family and friends to you so that they can have a great car buying experience like we did! More

They helped get the price where I wanted it and helped me get a new finance manager due to the previous finance gentleman fudging the numbers. Minus the individual that works in finance that doesnt have a name to include on this review the process went smooth throughout negotiations. I would highly recommend Joe and Brett for your next Toyota purchase. Overall a 5 star experience More

My mom bought a RAV 4 a couple years ago and loved it. The employees were all great and explained everything. The process for this one was the same. All the people that helped including management stopping by making sure we were doing okay. Our Saleman Brett was fantastic as always since we had him before. He went above and beyond. The Financial Manager was fantastic as well. The buying experience even though a lot of work was made simple by everyone involved. Its like buying a vehicle from a family member. Highly recommend this dealership More

I went to check out 4Runners and did enjoy the TRD Off-Road. Dwayne knew I didn't need to buy the car right then and so he worked hard for over a week doing everything possible to get me a deal I couldn't say no to! The following week I was driving out of there in a brand new 4Runner. Dwayne has been the best car salesmen I have dealt with up to this point. I will definitely be coming back to Darcars Toyota if I ever need another car. More

Before my purchase I did a significant amount of research and knew exactly what I wanted and the price that I was ready to pay. I went to two different dealers in the area and hands-down Sam, Jason, and others at DARCARS Frederick were more transparent and easier to work with than the competition. After I purchased my vehicle there was a minor issue and it was rectified with the right amount of urgency which I appreciated. Sam goes above and beyond to get you into the right car at the right price and provides support post sale. More
