Since it was late we got right to business and Mike had us on a test drive just a few minutes later. I had the opportunity to ask all the questions I needed and Mike took the time to explain in detail any areas of concern with the buying process from financing to trade-in values. Mike and Michelle, our finance consultant, was patient with us and very helpful helpful as we worked through financing options with an outside provider. We kept the team well after the scheduled end of their work day but they remained pleasant and courteous throughout the evening. My wife and I hate car shopping--- but Mike and Michelle helped us through the process without pressure or a sense we were keeping them from more important things. I woke up one morning, earlier than my husband and daughter, and decided to take a look at what DARCARS had in the lot. Wouldn’t you know they had a Toyota 4Runner Limited NightShade package (on the left in picture). I am such a sucker for the blacked out look. I called Sam and asked if it was still available and if he could make the trade worth my while. He said yes! I told him I would be there by 1 to give me time to empty out my old (well one year old 4Runner). I knew he would do what he could quickly and with that I took my 6-year old daughter with me to buy a new car. Who does that? Well I knew from my experience from last year I had nothing to fear. Sam was on it and had the 4Runner ready for me when I walked in the showroom. What great customer service all the way around. I would recommend this dealership over any other.
