Best buying experience in my life I have been driving my 2004 Saturn since college and it was time for a serious upgrade. I told Mike Coomer that I think the new Camrys look great. This vehicle had the “Nightshade” paint job - it looked fantastic. We took it out for a spin and I knew that this was the next car for me. We sat down and discussed prices - it was the last day of the month and Mike gave me an offer I couldn’t refuse. I was sort of in a rush and Mike was able to get me through paperwork faster than I thought. It was a breeze! Mike was very knowledgeable about the entire process and was able to answer any of my questions without hesitation. Toyota Darcars of Frederick is a highly professional and pressure-free environment. I will be bringing my fiancé back to Mike for her next car! The next step was to get through Financing. Mike took me to Michelle and reiterated that I was in a hurry. Michelle did her thing and I was out of there in a jiffy. I was also able to get a 7 year 100,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warranty for an unreal price. The purchase process from test driving to on the road took less than an hour and a half. I was even able to come back the next day with my title for the trade-in and the down payment. Fantastic team and unbeatable experience. I am still in shock that I have no expensive car repairs for the next 7 years! More

I had done my research and pricing homework on the Highlander XLE I purchased with Edmunds.com and Consumer Reports, so basically knew what was offere I had done my research and pricing homework on the Highlander XLE I purchased with Edmunds.com and Consumer Reports, so basically knew what was offered at this trim level and where pricing roughly should be, but even so had many questions, all of which were addressed by Sam and the Darcars of Frederick team with thoroughness and professionalism. Lots of time was allotted for highway and local test drives of both hybrid and standard engines, and I a positive and transparent experience when it came down to talking nuts and bolts on pricing: no hesitation about showing me invoice costs and being frank about the buying program (Costco) I was using. On top of that, sales rep Sam and sales manager Kevin were both good-humored, and pressure free throughout our multiple conversations, with Matt explaining the customer follow-up available and Michelle handling the dreaded "Time to Meet with the Finance People" a breeze. I had solicited quotes from three dealerships (of which DARCARS of Frederick was the furthest from where I lived), and by far this was the dealership and the salesperson with which I felt most comfortable. I got what I think was a fair price, they made a fair profit, and we had some laughs along the way. Sam, I'll even drive the distance for servicing just so we can say hi again! More
