From the moment I got in the car, the feel was good and the ride ended up being superb and much smoother than the one I had with my old workhorse. The sale went smoothly and when I got to the financing part, Toyota Financial Services rep; Eric was once again terrific. Between the sales and financing departments, the experience was smooth, painless and very efficient. The finance area at Buckeystown location put unneeded pressure to buy extended warranty. A second person was even brought in to put more pressure on customer. We decided not to get extra warranty. This kept us at the dealership longer than required. We had preapproved financing but the finance person tried to get us to use dealer's bank (with a bit higher interest rate). This is not excellent customer service. If we didn't have the pressure at the finance area we would have rated our experience at 5 stars. More
