My wife and I narrowed our search for a new car to a Toyota and one other car. Mr. Nevai gave us one of their new cars to drive around town for several hours. We got a chance to not only test drive the car, but drive it to anywhere we needed to go that day. That helped us in picking the car we selected, a Toyo Venza. Mr. Nevai was helpful and not pushy like some salespersons can be. We he did not have the answer, he sought it out instead of making it up. The dealership was clean and comfortable to roam around. Even though we spend time checking out the car, I wish Mr. Nevai had gone over the purchased car a little more thorough we us. That is also our fault for not asking him to do so, which I am sure he would have done so if asked. This was our first experience with DARCATS of FREDERICK and our experience was favorable. Even the manager had a sense of humor. Our new car was given to us very clean and with a full tank of gas which may be standard in every new car despite which car you buy or which dealership. We used the COSTCO car buying program and that saved us time and money. More

The price on the current Prius was the best price offered by a number of local dealers. I was in a car accident and I needed a replacement vehicle ASAP. I sent in a virtural inquiry about a Toyota Carolla and within a day I heard from John. He was great to accomodate what I needed with respect to time, dealing with the liable party's insurance company to pay for my replacement, etc. John took his time with my questions, and made himself available via cell and email; working thrid shift made this idyllic! From the test drive to driving off of the lot, John wanted to ensure that I was going to be satisfied with my choice in purchasing a vehicle. When I closed on my vehicle, I met with Rob after going over the details of closing the sale, financing, and warrenty information. Rob took his time to assure that my questions were being answered and made closing on the vehicle as seamless as possible. Both John and Rob really worked well together to ensure that I was informed and comfortable with my car and financing plan. Working with DARCARS made me feel like I had people on my side as opposed to a dealership trying to make a buck off some guy who needed a car. Both of these men were customer-centered, realistic, and both were proficient in product knowledge, financing, and working to build a relationship with their customers! Tablah met met me at the door, listened to what Prius I was looking for. Showed several colors and trim that met my wants. (Tradein was a Prius also, so Dan and I could talk in detail about the finer points of the new Prius) He was very knowlegable about the Prius and could quickly point out the new attractions. I made a tenative choice of car. Daniel quickly gave me an approved offer. I said I wanted to discuss with friend and family and I would get back to him. 9:30a two days later we talked by phone. Told Dan I wanted to upgrade the my choice car to a IV from a III with change in color and trim. Also wanted an offer with/without tradein. Said he would get back to me with availability of my new choices. Short time later, we talked again: 2 desired slightly different IV in stock, price offers revealed. Daniel said car could be available by 4pm. I gave him my most likely choice. Started the 3 hr trip to dealer with a friend. At arrival daniel greeted us and explained the new car to my friend. Purchase decision was made. Daniel thoroughly expained the operation of New car with consideration that we were very familiar with Prius. More
