My husand and I had a leased 2005 Toyota Matrix and the lease was going to expire in August. We really liked the vehicle and we were going to buy it but we knew there wouldn't be a warranty and the cost o lease was going to expire in August. We had a bad experience at our local Toyota dealer and heard good things about Darcars. I went to their website just to see what they had to offer in a new Toyota Matrix. I received an email price that was much less than the list price-first nice surprise. Our credit is not terrible but is not great either so the next step was seeing what could be done trying to keep our payments close to what they were at the time. I really wasn't expecting much here and the thought of buying our current leased car never left my mind. Then I received a call from Tim and he told me the price would remain the same. This was a brand new Toyota Matrix with more features than our current car. I still thought it was too good to be true but had my husband stop by the dealership. Long story short...we left that night with a brand new Toyota Matrix AND a warranty good for 125,000 miles that covers almost everything. Mr. O'Brien in the Finance Office made the worst part of buying a car...paperwork, the most enjoyable we've had. Everyone was so nice and we feel we got a really good deal. The folks at DarCars are great. I was shopping for a few different cars and finally settled in on a new Prius V (tech package). For this car, I was trying to fit the car into a very specific budget and John Kutchak was very willing to work with me. It took a few days for me to work out all of the details on my end, but John was not just patient with me, but very understanding. I was willing to drive as far as 70 miles to find the best deal, but I was very happy when that deal turned out to be so close here in Frederick. With John, I got a great deal on the new car and a fair deal on my trade in. All without any pressure (as you can get with other dealers). I think they've made a customer for life with me. More

He answered all my questions in a friendly manner, and I didn't feel the pressure of just driving the first truck I saw off the lot like a lot of places. In the end, he found a truck with almost everything I was looking for. As an added incentive, he offered to wash the truck at the dealership whenever I wanted...
