The process was painless because of the Costco-arranged price and Chris's easygoing manner. The paperwork was completed quickly and the vehicle was ready within hours. I had gotten information from ConsumerReports and knew about what the dealer invoice price was. Chris was able to get me very close to that amount, so I was happy. After agreeing to buy the vehicle, Chris was very efficient in getting the appropriate paperwork signed and submitted to the financial people of Darcars - very quick and painless. I told Chris I would come down to Darcars the next evening to pick up the vehicle. When I arrived, the vehicle was ready to go. The vehicle was clean, the tires were shiny, all protective plastic was removed, and the tank was full. He had me sign a few papers and I was out the door. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I plan on taking my vehicle to them for service and maintenance as they have been so friendly, prompt, and thorough. More

The next day I finally made up my mind on the Highlander, so I called my salesman to let him know I definitely wanted it, but that I did not have anyone to drive my other car back home that day. He went out of his way to drive to my house after I got home from work to pick me up and then take me to his dealership so we could finalize the sale. This was a 35 minute drive for him to make.
