They both went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I left with a vehicle I was happy with and a plan to finance that would work well for me. Ratings would have been higher without the mishap in paperwork. However, they did a great job in fixing the problem with the least amount of imposition to me. I was a little annoyed because it took up a lot of extra time. i'm still hoping i didn't overlook any "extra" charges. More
