We decided to purchase our fourth Toyota after a recent accident in which our Camry was totaled but our family was relatively unharmed. We spoke with Jeff Croteau at DARCARS on the phone and he was very personable while helping us locate a new Highlander with the options we desired. Once we found the vehicle we wanted, DARCARS presented a very attractive price with their initial offer which eliminated the haggling process. We came to the dealership with our 3 kids in tow to sign all the paperwork. While we were working with Bill Duque to finalize the paperwork, Jeff willingly entertained our kids by giving them a tour of the facility, playing hide-and-go seek, and introducing them to other staff members. Bill highlighted the benefits of the warranty and service plans without any high pressure tactics. We purchased the 5 year service plan as we believe it is a financially sound investment. Overall a good buying experience. We always stress before making big purchases, but Mike in the finance dept. was a great help. It's was refreshing to talk to someone who is educated as well as confident about the products they are selling. He helped me do some comparisons and I decided on a RAV Limited. I was happy to hear about what I received on my trade which helped me with my payments!It really is true, they DO hold their value!!They didn't have the car color I wanted in stock but they found one and I had it the very next day!Chris went over my new RAV with me from top to bottom and made sure I understood how everything worked.
