We decided to purchase our fourth Toyota after a recent accident in which our Camry was totaled but our family was relatively unharmed. We spoke with Jeff Croteau at DARCARS on the phone and he was very personable while helping us locate a new Highlander with the options we desired. Once we found the vehicle we wanted, DARCARS presented a very attractive price with their initial offer which eliminated the haggling process. We came to the dealership with our 3 kids in tow to sign all the paperwork. While we were working with Bill Duque to finalize the paperwork, Jeff willingly entertained our kids by giving them a tour of the facility, playing hide-and-go seek, and introducing them to other staff members. Bill highlighted the benefits of the warranty and service plans without any high pressure tactics. We purchased the 5 year service plan as we believe it is a financially sound investment. The whole experience at the dealership was great and the easiest car buying process we have ever had. Thanks Jeff and Bill! More
Overall a good buying experience. We always stress before making big purchases, but Mike in the finance dept. was a great help. John, our sales guy, was very helpful and helped us find the right mode before making big purchases, but Mike in the finance dept. was a great help. He did not seem to put our needs as a priority- especially when it came to how much money we were spending. Other than that, the experience was about as good as it can get for buying a car. More

I had a highlander to trade and was eager to see if its true that Toyotas hold their value. Chris asked what I was looking for and I explained I wanted something little smaller but loved the SUV's. It's was refreshing to talk to someone who is educated as well as confident about the products they are selling. He helped me do some comparisons and I decided on a RAV Limited. I was happy to hear about what I received on my trade which helped me with my payments!It really is true, they DO hold their value!!They didn't have the car color I wanted in stock but they found one and I had it the very next day!Chris went over my new RAV with me from top to bottom and made sure I understood how everything worked. I have bought many cars in my time but have never had such a pleasant car buying expierence as this one. It's so nice to deal with professionals who know their stuff! Thanks to Chris and Toyota. More

My husband and I recently had a lot of service work done on our Toyota Solara. Adrian was extremely helpful to us, very communicative and responsive. It was real pleasure working with John and Bill. We originally had just intended on test driving a new 2011 Sequoia. After the test drive, we were ready to purchase it! This service appointment was made at the last minute when the engine light came on. I was able to get the car in the shop in 30 minutes. Extensive work needed to be performed.
