Super experience!! I drove 2.5 hours to this dealership because they were able to give me the best price on my new Toyota Sienna, locate a car for me and have it ready, give me the best trade in offer, and because they were able to give me the best price on my new Toyota Sienna, locate a car for me and have it ready, give me the best trade in offer, and communicate all aspects of the transaction ahead of time via email and phone. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish purchasing my new Hyundai Sonata. Jesse was patient, and tried to meet our needs with no pressure. He kept trying to get us in a vehicle even when ou purchasing my new Hyundai Sonata. Jesse was patient, and tried to meet our needs with no pressure. He kept trying to get us in a vehicle even when our credit wasn't the greatest. He was upfront and honest the entire time. And a big thank you for the wonderful play area to keep my 4 and 2 year olds occupied. I am so very satisfied with my car buying experience and will be back next time we are in the market. Even though I didn't purchase my car from them, they treat me like any other valued customer. Ashley is the best! She knows how important it is for my car to be kept running well and tells me what ser treat me like any other valued customer. Ashley is the best! What I really like is the print out of the work done, what work is due next, and other recommendations to keep my car running its best. I can now keep this in mind when planning a budget - putting aside money for car repairs - instead of being surprised one day when something goes wrong. There's no pressure to have any work done immediately, but the work that has been done there has been top notch. The prices are fair, the job is well done. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Staff was friendly and answered all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner. It was our second time purchasing a vehicle from Darcars and both experiences were positive ones. My husband and I were just starting to look for a new-to-us car, and wanted to see an Avalon to see if it was right for us. We had looked on the internet and had found several Avalons, so we had an i new-to-us car, and wanted to see an Avalon to see if it was right for us. We had looked on the internet and had found several Avalons, so we had an idea of the price. We liked the comfort of the car, and Jason helped keep it in our price range with our trade-in. He wasn't pushy which we found refreshing. We actually were not going to buy one so fast, but when the right car, at an acceptable price, is available, it's hard to pass up. I have to say that Jason really made buying our car a nice experience, much more pleasant than the last two we bought (at other places). I have to say that we would come back when it's time to replace our other car, and would like to have Jason help us. Thanks alot!!! More
