Sales staff were up front and not back and forth and round and round that I experienced at another dealership. Extended warranties some times are not a benefit to the consumer, dealerships are not receiving revenue so you don't always get the quality of service if you paid out of pocket. After a very bad experience with another Toyota dealer 3 days before, I called Steve. I told him what I needed, he had the car on the lot, the price was very good and he explained everything in detail. In 2 days before, I called Steve. Everyone here is great, until they sell you a car with problems. I bought a Jeep in December 2011 and it has been back for a variety of problems, including a bad engine that required it to be rebuilt. problems. Favorite quote of Darcars staff - "there is a risk when you buy a used vehicle" Yes, there is, but there is also an expectation that when you buy even a used car from a reputable dealer, it should not be in the shop 5 times in the first 6 months of ownership.
