I cannot say enough about this dealership and my buying experience. My wife and I are dealing with a serious health issue (she is receiving chemotherapy for breast cancer) and we needed a second car. Over the last six weeks we went to 6+ dealerships in the Washington, DC, metro area. I felt like I was getting the run around. I decided to head up to DARCARS Toyota of Frederick and found a great group of people. Ken Daniels had the car ready for an inspection and test drive, and worked through all the numbers until I was confident that it was a fair deal (i.e., there were no hidden fees once we settled on the price). Mike O'Brien was great, very helpful, and courteous. He stayed past closing to get everything finalized. I recommend this dealership very highly. It was a great experience!! More
John was friendly from beginning to end. He returned my calls with the information I was looking for as well as suggested options in which I had not thought. He was able to negotiate me a better deal and made me feel like I was getting a deal, even though I am paying a lot of money. The finacial senior manager, Mike, was a bit of a fast talker. Gave me a bad feeling from the beginning but did his job well and got me out of his office in a timely manner. Overall a great experience. More
