Took my car to my mechanic after purchasing a 2021 vehicle. It needed $400 in service, filters, oil, and brake pads. Neither the dealer Moe or Tyler the used car Manager were helpful or responsive - Tyler refused to do anything about the keys until I threw out Costco Auto Program reviews. No one ever contacted me to help set up the appointment, like he said he'd handle. Emails go unanswered, and every time I call up there it's a complete runaround. The District Manager for the Costco Auto Program also could never get a hold of them. Toyota should be concerned about the way these people do business. More

This was the worst deal I had seen. The sold a used car and deceptively covered a hole in the carpet.
