They have NO customer service, Brad claim my brand new part was faulty and won't warrant the labor because he says it's the part that I bought from NAPA, but I don't believe him for one second it's the pa part was faulty and won't warrant the labor because he says it's the part that I bought from NAPA, but I don't believe him for one second it's the part, I believe it's the way he installed the part with his labor fee. I believe he's upset that I didn't buy your part and purchased the part elsewhere and he trying to bleed the lil customers that come in there dry, but they won't see me again and I have another vehicle that I generally get serviced there and I'm not returning. I believe he just want me to repay them for their labor on the part he just put in for their shop because he know's the part is warranted, opposed to having the integrity and dignity for the customer that I've already paid you for the labor. I called him twice yesterday and the lady said she gave him the messages, no return call from Brad. I had to ride up there in the rain this morning for Brad to hesitantly come out and talk to me then to tell me it's my part. Instead of calling me with that info he preferred me to ride in the rain to hear him not take ownership of his service. I don't believe nor trust that dealership. I don't believe for one second it's the part, but the fact Brad trying to get more money for the shop from the customer!!!
