Recalls and radio My issue is the amount of time I sat waiting for 2 minor recalls and a radio that went bad in two years (that's another issue). I made an appointment My issue is the amount of time I sat waiting for 2 minor recalls and a radio that went bad in two years (that's another issue). I made an appointment for 730 am. I was there early only to so in line for over 30 minutes to get checked in and the another 2 plus hours waiting, this in addition to making multiple calls over a period of a couple weeks to just talk to someone and make an appointment. Not happy but I have an appointment next Thursday to get new radio installed so we will see how long that takes More
Poor customer service and lack of care to make it right I purchased a new 2017 Jeep Patriot and with less than 35,000 the oil pan gasket busted and the ac went out. They covered the oil pan gasket, but sai I purchased a new 2017 Jeep Patriot and with less than 35,000 the oil pan gasket busted and the ac went out. They covered the oil pan gasket, but said that the ac was out due to an "outside influence" hitting my AC condenser. They wrote that a "pebble" caused the damage. I have spoken with a few people and no one seems to care to hear me out. I should be able to drive my car, on a road, since that is why cars are made. Apparently, a pebble can cause the ac condenser to break, thus causing my ac to go out. Then they want to say that they wont help or cover any of it and want to charge me over $1,000. They suggested I file a claim through my insurance. This was the first time I have purchased a new car and I am highly disappointed. I have not wrecked my car and I do not drive down dirt and gravel roads. If this is from normal driving conditions, something should be done, especially when the car is supposed to be covered under warranty. If customer service was even a thing these days, that would be a dream come true. More
Very poor place to do business! Took my truck in because I was having issue with my radio. After scheduling an appoint over the phone. I showed up for my appointment to find out that the appointment was never made. I also found out that there was a few recalls on my vehicle. So after three and half weeks at the dealership I come to pick my truck up and they could not find my truck. After the guy came back for a description of my truck he located my truck. The battery was completely dead and they had to jump it. Now that battery was not even 6 month old. So after they brought me my truck the guy who brought it said the mechanic said it was a bad battery. So I asked the rep why my battery was dead because it is a fairly new battery and I told him what his mechanic said and he told me that the mechanic was his best mechanic. So I gave the dealership the benefit of the doubt and left the dealership and went straight to advanced auto where I purchased the battery from and they hooked up the battery meter and said nothing was wrong with the battery and that the dealerships in general do this all the time "Run you battery dead". So then I go into my back seat for something and look up and there best mechanic did not even bother to reattach the seat belt and put the trim back in place. I purchased my truck from this dealership 4 years ago and will no longer give this dealership my business. Very poor service for a dealership. And my radio still does not work. service rep said new one will be at the dealership in 5 day and now it is going on three and half weeks and have not heard from them. More
