Salesperson was not around when I finished the paperwork and I ended up having to wait around for them to return to the dealership to get everything that was promised. Then the check engine light came on th and I ended up having to wait around for them to return to the dealership to get everything that was promised. Then the check engine light came on the night I bought the car. None of the repairs were made to the car before they sold it. The spare tire was completely flat and dry rotted. The speakers in the car were blown and after they were replaced they still don’t work because the electrical is messed up. The dealership also did not go into the fact that there are aftermarket parts on the car that I didn’t find until after I took it to another shop for repair. More

I have been going to Ram dealerships since 2002. I had a Dodge Dakota and now am in a Ram. I have never been able to find a great dealership to go to until now. Brad has taken over the service department and has brought on new people to help turn Orange Park (Orange Park CJDR) around and he sure has! One of the key players that he brought on is Mike. Mike is absolutely fantastic. One he knows cars and truck. He's a service advisor that can identify the problem that you are having so you don't waste a lot of unnecessary time and cost in diagnosing the vehicle. Mike was very proactive about keeping me posted on my truck and its progress. He answers the phone or calls back shortly. My truck is my business vehicle. Mike fully respected my need to be up and running and did a great job getting me back on the road. Mike clearly stated the issues I was having with "Boots" the lead mechanic and Boots took care of the problem and got me back on the road. Brad, Mike and Boots that is a team that can't be beat! More
