I have to say that when we walked into this dealership it was inviting, people friendly and employees knowledgeable. But this is deceiving if you're not paying attention. We walked in to trade-in our 2010 was inviting, people friendly and employees knowledgeable. But this is deceiving if you're not paying attention. We walked in to trade-in our 2010 300 Chrysler and found something we liked. So on June 1, 2013 a contract was done with a payoff of $21,700.00+ (don't have exact amount in front of me). We walked out of the dealership happy as clams in the ocean. 5 months later we get a certified letter in the mail stating we owe over $1,000.00+ because the payoff amount they sent was more than what the actually payoff was. Of course total anger and frustration occurred. We found out by the finance company we financed our trade-in that Orange Park Dodge called the day of the transaction to receive a payoff amount of $21,700.00 then waited and called again 7/3/13(1-month later) to get a different payoff at $21,900.00+. 5 months later a certified letter dated October 16, 2013 was sent to our home demanding we pay the remaining balance. After calling the trade-in finance company, they gave us a copy of the payoff check but it was dated June 11, 2013 but they didn't get the check until June 28, 2013. This way after the 10-day processing time of the payoff which after looking at the transaction of the trade-in, there were substantial fees applied due to late fees which had nothing to do with us because of their administrative issues. Within the two weeks we had the new car, we continued to call to make sure that the contract was okay because we didn't receive any notice from them. We found out that before the inked dried on the contract, our trade-in was sold. We have sought out an attorney to fight this issue, because what we found was that the late fees and the interest of the trade-in loan were waived when brought down the actual payoff to $20,000+. If those fees were waived because the loan was satisfied earlier then there should've been a check cut and sent to Orange Park to satisfy any fees we owe to them or it should've been cut made payable to us. Orange Park Dealership had an ex-police officer who works for them at a different location to call us to try and get the money, but the questions have been asked "why did it take 5 months for them to notify us of the change?", also, "if the payoff was giving on 6/1/13 why did it take Orange Park 28 days to send the check and then try to back date the check to 6/11/13?" Someone or a group of people are practicing bad business and when the xxxx hits the fan, it won't be just for the amount they are trying to get from us, it will be for harassment and fraud. I took my 08 Viper in for some problems. Dash duct rattle, power window problem, and TPMS light on. They fixed the window and the rattle. Ordered and replaced TPMS module. I called and was told the ca rattle, power window problem, and TPMS light on. They fixed the window and the rattle. Ordered and replaced TPMS module. I called and was told the car was closed up and appeared to be ready to go. When I arrived I was told it was ready and then told it wasn't ready. Still a TPMS issue. The tech said let's go for a ride and see if the rattle was gone. AT that point I noticed the gas guage was on dead empty. When I dropped it off it had just over 1/4 tank of gas. A check of the speedometer indicated they had test drove the car 13 miles. How do you burn up 4 gallons of gas in 13 miles? I posed that question to the service manager and he said "I don't know what kind of mileage that car gets". I said I think they drove the crap out of the car. He said " I don't know that". He said they would replace the gas. They kept the car that Friday to work on the TPMS. That night I got a message from the service writer that they had a call in to Chrysler about the TPMS issue and I could leave the car or come get it. When I arrived to pick up the car it was dirty and still on dead empty. Service manager said he would send someone with a can, get some gas, and put it in the car. I had things to do so I left and got my own gas. After waiting a week and a half to find out what Chrysler wanted to do about the TPMS, I called yesterday morning to inquire. The service writer said he would call right back. He never did. I contacted Chrysler corporate to complain and finally got a response. If you have a performance car, don't let them drive it without being present. More
I went in to have my oil change done on my car. I have always used Chrysler Dealers throughout the area for all of my service. This was the first and last time I will ever consider this company. I had pic always used Chrysler Dealers throughout the area for all of my service. This was the first and last time I will ever consider this company. I had picked up the wrong coupon that gets sent out from Chrysler on a regular basis. The service writer said he had one he would let me use. This is the usual service that I do experience at any of the dealers thus far. However, after my car was completed the price instead of being the 17.95 plus taxes, had additional costs including misc. charges for shop supplies. I have never paid these additional charges for an oil change at Jax CJD, or any of the other Chrysler dealers. When I called the Service Manager he had an I don't care attitude. Even Chrysler Corporate called and he had the same attitude with them. The rep at Chrysler was quite surprised when we got off the call with the Service Manager at Orange Park, CJD. My advise is that if good caring customer service is not important to you, as well as ethical pricing then use them. If not then go anywhere else and you should not experience as poor service as you will from Orange Park CJD. More
On Monday, 7/1/13, my son (an adult) and I went to this dealer and test drove a vehicle that we decided to purchase for my son. My son returned on 7/4/13 with my husband to sign papers to secure a purchase dealer and test drove a vehicle that we decided to purchase for my son. My son returned on 7/4/13 with my husband to sign papers to secure a purchase of this vehicle. Papers for credit inquiry were filled out and signed and a sold sign was placed on the vehicle with verbal confirmation that finalization of the sale transaction would be completed the following day, 7/5/13. My son was supposed to receive a call from the sales person after 12:00 p.m. on 7/5/13 indicating the exact time I was to go to the dealer to complete this transaction. He received a phone call from the sales person at 12:20 p.m. at which time he was informed the the car had been sold out from under him to another person that morning even after a verbal contract had been made with him and a sold sign had been placed on the vehicle. Be careful, do not shop here. Their customer service and sales ethics are extremely poor. More

This is my second time going into this dealership. I can't remember the gentleman's name the first time I went but he was really nice. They are always friendly and answer my questions no matter how stup can't remember the gentleman's name the first time I went but he was really nice. They are always friendly and answer my questions no matter how stupid they may be. I always get nervous when I go to the mechanics but they are always friendly and make you feel welcomed there. The lady at the quick express is really nice as well. I would recommend anyone going there if their is anything wrong with their vehicle. More
I had been in the market for a certain vehicle and I came across one that they had on the lot. I live in Georgia and the dealership is in Jacksonville. I saw pictures online and noticed one dent so when mike across one that they had on the lot. I live in Georgia and the dealership is in Jacksonville. I saw pictures online and noticed one dent so when mike called I asked if I could get more pictures and mike was very nice as to take pictures and send them to me. I was grateful that he did that. I showed my wife the pictures and she wasn't pleased to spend more money to repair the imperfections so I declined the initial offer. A few days later he asked if there were any way we could work with him to make a deal. On a Saturday we agreed on a second offer and so I gave him a card as to hold the vehicle so I can make proper arrangements to fly down. Monday I booked a flight to fly down that Friday with my work schedule and wife's schedule. I emailed my flight information so that he could pick me up from the airport. A few hours later Blake replies to my email saying they sold the vehicle yesterday. I was irate at this so I had to cancel my airfare and asked for an explanation as to why I gave my card number as a hold. Blake says the other customer had it on hold prior to me. If that was the case why did Mike take my information and after gathering my information wouldn't he have known another client was looking at the vehicle and let me know? I've emailed Mike but he refuses to reply back. More
I live in Orlando and this dealership is located in Jacksonville - about 2 hours away. I was in the market for a second car and had initially contacted them regarding purchasing a Chrysler Crossfire c Jacksonville - about 2 hours away. I was in the market for a second car and had initially contacted them regarding purchasing a Chrysler Crossfire convertible. For a number of reasons, I wasn't able to get up to see the car and it was eventually sold. I had been dealing with Mr. Couch the entire time and he would call me almost daily asking if I had made a decision. After the Crossfire was sold, he called and said they had an Audi TT convertible and said financing could be done. Again, he called me incessantly wanting to sell me the car. However, getting to Jacksonville (without trading a car in) was difficult. After about two weeks of back and forth, Mr. Couch called and offered to drive the car down to Orlando. When he came, it was raining and I had to look at the car on my lunch. So, I couldn't really critique the car very well, only drive it. It drove well and so, I agreed to the purchase. The next day, I had the chance to look at it really closely and the top was in horrible shape. It was separating really bad from the rear glass and would clearly leak. When I called Mr. Couch, he was "shocked." He said it never leaked while on their lot (which I find hard to believe considering the separation was severe and, after taking his suggestion of "fixing" the separation with an epoxy, it still leaked like a sieve). The top cannot be repaired, only replaced at a cost from $1300 from an auto upholsterer to $4000 from Audi. After the deal was done and I contacted Mr. Couch about the top, it was extremely difficult to get return calls from him - a stark difference compared to the almost daily calls and texts from him when he was trying to sell me the car. He ultimately told me that they would do nothing about the top which easily soured my experience of buying a new car which should ordinarily be something that should be something to look forward to and fun to drive. All told, I would never purchase a car from this dealership again and have made it clear to my friends and contacts in Orlando. Even after signing the paperwork, I couldn't keep my copies and Mr. Couch told me they would be mailed to me. It's been nearly 3 weeks and I have yet to get them in the mail. POOR customer service post-sale. All I can say is "buyer beware." More
We are more than pleased with the service and deal that Martin Couch provided for us in looking for a New/Used car. We came in and told him what we wanted and how much our price range was and we figured wi Martin Couch provided for us in looking for a New/Used car. We came in and told him what we wanted and how much our price range was and we figured with those price ranges we would be leaving with a used car. We needed more of a family car considering we were in a Mustang GT which was not the best on gas or for kids with the small space they have to offer. Martin Made sure we left happy that day. He got our payments where we wanted them for a NEW 2012 Dodge Charger. We were very satisfied with how friendly he was and how knowledgeable about the car and the financing options and etc. He's not your typical car dealer, He goes beyond for the customer and we would recommend him to anyone. He will get you the best deal for your money & may even save you some like he did us. More
