Found a the truck we wanted on line at Orange Park Dodge. Called and set up appointment with Gene Myers. We took the Ram 2500 for a test drive. Gene, knowing our situation, held the truck, with a deposit, til we got word from my insurance the last day of December. We picked it up on the 2nf of January. Gene was outstanding and explained every aspect of the truck real well. Frank went through all paperwork and financing with us. Again outstanding job. Even with my wife spilling coffee on some of the papers. He didn't miss a lick. More

6 days and my car had not even been looked at yet! Worst service ever! I took my vehicle in for 2 recalls and 3 other repairs. Finally, on day 6, I was advised my vehicle had not been looked at yet, but was next to go in the bay whenever my assigned tech decided to show up for work (he had not shown up for work in 2 days). So I retrieved my car and took it to Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge where it was completely repaired in 2 days. Should have started there!! Worst part, after 6 days of run-around and no answers, and not to mention the money I spent renting a car for 6 days, no one even apologized for my inconvenience at DARCARS when I retrieved my vehicle. Worst possible service department ever. I will never return. More
