The staff there are very friendly and accommodating. The car I wanted (specific color) was located at a different location and they made the extra effort to go retrieve it and bring it back to me. Now that's what I call customer service! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great team to help you find your dream car or truck! More

He isn't pushy or overbearing, but very friendly and easy to work with. I never felt pressured to buy anything, although we did get the Pathfinder, which I love! Jonathan was able to answer all of our questions and even had us talk to another team member who had driven the car and was very familiar with it. If you want a good experience, ask for Jonathan. He was terrific! More

I came in last weekend to lease a car from Dar Cars. You and your friend there managed to convince not just me, but my friend Mike, as well, that neither one of us EVER wants to deal with Dar Cars. If you'll recall, several weeks ago, I called and asked how much it would cost to lease a 2014 Nissan Leaf. I was told it would be $189.00 per month, give or take a few dollars. My friend, Mike, and I came in and test drove a Leaf just a couple of weeks after that. At that time, we asked how much it would cost to lease a 2014 Nissan Leaf, and we were told $189.00 per month, give or take a few dollars. Two weeks ago, we came back and test drove the Leaf, again. We asked, yet again, how much it would cost to lease a 2014 Nissan Leaf, but this time, though, we actually spoke with a "finance guy," who crunched numbers and told us, "$189.00 per month." Needless to say, we walked away thinking, "Wow. This is the place for us." Just a couple of days later, you sent me an e-mail, admittedly addressed to my friend, Mike, trying to convince me to come back and make a deal with you. Remember that? We went back and forth, then, about trying to keep track of who the customer is, and you apologized for the mix up. Two days later, I got a call from someone else there, asking for Mike at my number, because you had not bothered to correct the information in your database. Nonetheless, Mike and I decided that the car, the sales pitch, and the price were just too good, so we decided to go back. Imagine our surprise when we came back last Sunday to actually order a car for me to lease. We had our checkbook in hand! You and your buddy gave us such a "bait and switch" song and dance. "Well, that $189.00 isn't for a 2014 Leaf, it's only for the silver 2013 Leaf sitting right over there." How incredibly stupid. At no point in any of our conversations with you or anyone else there did we specify a particular car, and we certainly NEVER specified "that silver 2013 Leaf sitting right over there." Then, to have you pull out that line: "Well, Nissan leases vary by the VIN number of the car, and until we have the VIN number of the car, we can't actually tell you how much it's going to cost to lease a vehicle." Again, how stupid. Every other Nissan dealer I spoke with was able to give me a quote for a 2014 Nissan Leaf -- without a VIN number! I feel the need to repeat: I am appalled! I was, in fact, so shocked by your poor salesmanship and customer service, I called and left a message for Tammy Darvish on Monday, hoping to speak with her. I figured, since she said so on the hold "music" tape, she would be interested in what happened, and why not one but two Nissan Leaf leases were not going to happen at Darcars. Pretty clearly, though, your shocking lack of professionalism comes from the top. Needless to say, she's never bothered to call me back. She's not even bothered to have an underling call me back to apologize for her tardiness in calling me back. It's five o'clock on Friday, five days later, so I'm not expecting a call back. Instead, I'm reviewing your dealership online. Please feel free to delete all of my information and my friend, Mike's, information from your database. We will most definitely NOT be doing business with Dar Cars. I'm going this weekend to a different dealer to get my Nissan Leaf there. I still love the car. To answer your question: What do you need to do to earn my business? Don't lie to me. Don't treat me like an imbecile. Remember my name. Remember who your customer is. Last but not least, I most sincerely hope you learn a bit more about customer service and how to treat a customer with respect, since clearly that is not something you have managed to figure out to date. I wish you well in your future endeavors, Amy That's the letter. Need I say more? More

The SUV we were looking for (2014 Nissan Rogue, AWD, SV with the premium package) was not available so we were given to test drive the SL model instead. The salesperson assured us that the SV model we are interested in have all the options the SL model we test drove does, except for the leather seats. We were quoted a price verbally of $27,500. We had to go back the next day to confirm the price so they can buy the car we wanted from another dealership. The price we were quoted was $27,500 total will all taxes and fees included. Then we asked for the Costco membership discount and we were told the final total price will be $27,060 after the Costco discount. They wanted us to complete an application for credit when we wanted to pay cash (???). We were told that our car will be delivered on Monday morning and we will get a call when it's been delivered. As we were getting ready to leave we were asked to go back in because the finance manager had made a mistake and a 2013 vehicle was priced instead so our final price was over $28,000. Additionally, it turned out that the moon roof option we were told by the salesperson we will get doesn't come with the premium package but it's another option worth over $1000. Well, it looks like we weren't lucky to get a salesperson who knows the difference between the models and the options they come with. Not to mention the incompetent finance manager who said that "it's normal for a human to make mistakes" and when we said that they should honor the price because it was already offered to us the salesman said "I didn't give it to you in writing....". I guess they don't think that a given word means something... So much for doing business with Nissan Darcars in Rockville. We will make sure we spread the word among friends and co-workers so there aren't more mislead customers... More

I previously leased a 2011 Nissan Sentra from them a year and a half ago. My experience was great. It was long and tedious but great. Robin is very sincere and she wants people to get the car they want. Last week, I decided to take advantage of 2013 Altima deals in my area. I first went to their competitor and was offered a very generous trade-in value for my Sentra and even matched the lowest price of Darcars even though the Altima I wanted from the competitor was not Darcar's lowest price. I walked away from the competitor because Chaz told me that they can give me a great deal ESPECIALLY that I am a returning customer. I went to their dealership and met with Chaz and Serge. They're great people! I also saw Robin with her bright smile so I also smiled back and waved at her as though we were family. I sat at the negotiation table and didn't want to haggle. I gave them the price I want, the competitor's offer, and I wanted them to beat the offer. Chaz and Serge worked really hard with Robin on the numbers. The price of the car and interest rate, no problem. Only one issue was holding back the deal: The Used Car Manager, Brian Horst, was low-balling my trade-in a full $2500 less than what the competitor offers. Robin tried her best to negotiate with Brian. Out of the blue, Brian INTERVENED on the negotiation table, torpedoed the deal, and began giving his litany of his career or how good he is, etc, etc for 10 minutes. He was so cocky, arrogant, and pretty much said he is plus or minus $1000 of competitor's offers, but not $2500. I kept my mouth shut because I was hoping at the end he would offer me. I didn't want to mess up the overall deal. He then refused to match the competitor's offer. He also began his "crap" about how the numbers don't make sense. He pretty much told me that I am lying about my trade-in price, or that the competitor does not know what they are doing. I got up, walked away, and told them I am going to social media and tell people that they cannot beat "their competitor's" offer. He also told me (and I am paraphrasing here) that "he values loyalty...but not if it eats in to his profit". I was so insulted walking away. I was their existing customer... Too bad because the new car sales people were great. Brian should not have had a seat on my negotiation table. The new car sales management should have been able to restraint him, negotiate with him, instead of making me negotiation for them with the used car sales manager. Brian is not a good person to deal with in that dealership. And because of Brian, and the management's lack of managing him from bursting into my negotiation table, I am never coming back to that dealership unless Brian doesn't work there anymore. More
Ever Since my parents and I found this place a year and a half ago they have been nothing short of spectacular!! My favorite employee is Kerrie and I would highly recommend everyone to use this dealership fo half ago they have been nothing short of spectacular!! My favorite employee is Kerrie and I would highly recommend everyone to use this dealership for service. I frequently go here to get my car maintained for regular oil checks and bi-monthly work. This is my go-to place if I wanted any work done on my car. Kerrie makes me feel welcome and always has a smile on her face! It is refreshing to see her and Darcars Nissan be so invested in who you are as a customer and not just another source of money. I will use this place as long as it stays in business. More
