Worse customer service I had an appointment with one of their dealer: Matthew. First of all, when I get there, they were unable to find that guy. So, they made me seat in I had an appointment with one of their dealer: Matthew. First of all, when I get there, they were unable to find that guy. So, they made me seat in the lobby for almost 30 min. There were other dealers available. None of them didn't really care about customers. No greetings, Rare smiles (Example: John Massaquoi). I waited 45 mins before leaving and NO ONE cared. Folks, don't go there! there are better dealerships who will make you feel really comfortable and value you as customers. Orkido 301-917-4530 More

After doing credit report came back with excellent credit and they took us into see the finace guy. While sitting with him went over numbers and Interest Came back with a crazy Interest rate we wasn't looking to spend. said the rate had to do with the rebates on vehicle. Then I was ready to leave when he then said to me sit down, listen and you don't understand. After that I was really ready to go. No man should tell a grown adult to sit and listen to anything you are not working with your child. After that I will look for another nissan dealer to work with as I will not be spoken to or dealt with as a child. Also I can't believe that I actually purchase my vehicle from here. I will never return in the future for purchase or service with them. More
Great Experience! I purchased my 2008 Altima brand new. I did my research on the vehicle, called and spoke with Eddie. I traded in my vehicle and received the maximum a I purchased my 2008 Altima brand new. I did my research on the vehicle, called and spoke with Eddie. I traded in my vehicle and received the maximum amount (Kelly's Blue Book value). After speaking with Eddie over the phone as to the model, color and interior of the vehicle that I wanted, he was able to get the vehicle from another dealership. I received a call from Eddie stating he had the vehicle. I came in and the entire process was approximately 1 hour. No hassle and a smooth transaction. Hard to find the same experience today. The only negative thing I can say is that when I was looking to purchase a new 2015 Rogue, I didn't get a return call or email. More

Best car buying experience Though initially unknown to me, I traveled over 600 miles to buy my Z from DARCARS in 2013. Turned out to be probably the most worthwhile 600 miles I Though initially unknown to me, I traveled over 600 miles to buy my Z from DARCARS in 2013. Turned out to be probably the most worthwhile 600 miles I've ever traveled. They gave me the best deal on a vehicle (Z coupe, 6 speed) that I literally could not even find in the immediate area where I live in NC, but also bettered any other dealer I visited in my home state. And since I live so far from them, they made a commensurate offer (albeit, at my request) in place of the routine maintenance package that they typically offer at no charge to local buyers who would normally have routine service provided at DARCARS. But aside from the $ issues that any buyer typically tries to maximize for them self, they were simply the most knowledgeable, professional, yet personable group of sales and customer service (in the most expansive definition of the term) personnel that I have dealt with at any dealership. (PS - Since I have never had any service performed there, I felt that I could not, in good conscious, give them 5 stars for "quality of work". A more appropriate rating would probably be "N/A") More

We came back, talked numbers, and before I knew it, we were pulling off the lot! Will definitely buy again and I want my sales person to be Valentine! More

We just had our first son six months ago and now it was time for me to give up my convertible for a more family friendly and roomier vehicle. One day my husband just pulled into the Darcars Nissan of College Park on our way home and the first Sales person we spoke to was Valentine. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. They were getting ready to close and he took the time to answer all of our questions, offer us a test drive, etc. It was because of his great service that we decided to return to the dealership and purchase my new car from here. Thank you to Valentine and also to Amir Khakzadeh who assisted with closing the sale on my new 2014 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum. I love my new vehicle and I can't wait for my son to grow with it - I'm sure he'll appreciate the DVD players soon :) More
Internet price and actual price difference when you show up My friend and I had decided to buy 1 car for each of us based on the price quoted (over phone) by the internet sales manager Lauren Cody for a Nissan My friend and I had decided to buy 1 car for each of us based on the price quoted (over phone) by the internet sales manager Lauren Cody for a Nissan Altima and a Sentra. We had to drive around 120 miles from our place to this dealership and hence we both spoke to her couple of times to make sure that we get the right price before we drive out that far to avoid spending all our time, energy and gas. But they proved us they weren't worth of that much effort when we had visited them. Initially we felt the price she quoted for 2013 Altima was fair, because we were almost on Mid of 2014 and it was one year old model. But she had never mentioned it was a demo car, which had 5000+ miles on it already. When we had visited the dealership, we got to know through the sales manager Solomon, it was a demo car and already had more miles on it. To add to this the price she quoted was for 0% APR (she clearly told we'll loose 1000$ rebate) if we need 0% APR. We agreed for that price with 0% APR bcoz we had no intentions to pay more interests. But when we were there we learnt that she told all lies (she calls those as management techniques) to make us drive all the way and make us pay stupid prices. Because I had took my friend to drive us over there, we didn't want to return empty handed and hence we ended up paying more price than what was agreed upon + more APR. If you still decide to purchase a car from this dealership, please be aware of their sales manager Solomon. He acts very nicely and pretends to be more friendlier. But he's not honestly. He'll make you quote the price the management wants and make you pay 200 to 300$ more than that. Last but not least, the senior finance manager will try all his tactics on the interest rate and the extended warranty. I wouldn't honestly recommend this dealership to anyone. But if you've no other option, please make sure you're aware of all these tactics before you visit them. I hope this review saves atleast one person from their trap. Suggestion to the management team - Please try to run your business honestly. I understand and agree you're in the business to make money but it should be with some ethics. More
Great experience I walked into the dealership after already visiting a few. I was about to take on a car note, not buy a new vehicle and my attitude matched what I was thinking. In a no nonsense way I said, "Nissan Altima, Java, 2014. No I don't want to test drive, just tell me the price." Not phased, Valentyn spoke to me calmly and got me to open up a little. After consulting with manager, Ali, I accepted a test drive in a gunmetal Altima S and talked pricing with Ali and Valentyn upon my return. I needed time to think about the deal so I shook hands with both gentlemen, leaving the dealership without feeling pressured and with a much better attitude than when I first walked in. After sleeping on it I returned to Darcars the following day to close the deal. Again Valentyn and Ali were gracious and worked with me. I ended up purchasing an Altima SV in Java and am happy with my experience and purchase. I made my purchase an March 31 and picked up my tags on April 18. The dealership has been great at communicating with me throughout the process. I will recommend Darcars Nissan to anyone purchasing a new vehicle. More
