Our car had water damage due to a manufacturer’s defect in one of the hoses. The staff was kind, considerate, transparent, and more than accommodating during the 6 weeks the car was in the shop. The ent in one of the hoses. The staff was kind, considerate, transparent, and more than accommodating during the 6 weeks the car was in the shop. The entire team headed by the manager, Matt Keenen, was exemplary in the delivery of what feels like an “almost new” automobile. Ashton Surber was the lead on the project that entailed the tedious removing, photographing, and replacing of numerous parts. She was open and honest and in constant contact with us as she navigated the communication between us and Nissan. Ashton was always available to speak with us and went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied. DARCARS Nissan of College Park Service Center went above and beyond to provide us with the most amazing customer service. More
After receiving an inflated estimate from DarCars, we had the car towed to another Nissan dealership and they provided a free estimate for $3600, which was $3000 less than DarCars My daughter’s car was f the car towed to another Nissan dealership and they provided a free estimate for $3600, which was $3000 less than DarCars My daughter’s car was fully repaired for almost 1/2 the cost with no $280 “diagnostic fee”! The estimate we received from DarCars had so many add-on’s, it was ridiculous! Dar Cars is not an honorable dealership! More
First, I would like to make a formal complaint and request but unsure of who this should go to as I have already spoken to Mr. Ather Chaudhry and was blatantly lied to and gaslit. As evident from t request but unsure of who this should go to as I have already spoken to Mr. Ather Chaudhry and was blatantly lied to and gaslit. As evident from the email below and the attached screenshots, I spoke to Mr. Chaudhry on June 2nd regarding an email and ongoing issue I have been experiencing with the department of motor vehicles and the toll authority in NY and NJ. Before explaining the path to resolution for this issue, I would like to share that I spoke to Mr. Chaudhry thursday at 4:20pm after multiple attempts to reach him. I reminded him of the situation and that he had previously told me he was going to act to resolve the ongoing issue. He quickly said that he had NEVER spoken to me and that I had likely spoken to someone named Angel about the situation. I told him no, I had spoken to him and that he had sent me an email and I had forwarded him the emails below. He again said he had never sent me any emails and that SOMEONE else must have sent me an email from his email address and spoken to me on the phone. As you can see below, he sent me an email and I replied one minute later with the email chain while we were still on the phone. I have never in my life experience such poor customer service or a lack of accountability from a Sales Manager. I am floored that someone would actually attempt to lie/ gaslight someone into believing something wholly untrue. I have two issues that I am working to resolve: 1. The issue with the department of motor vehicle is that my information was entered incorrectly in the system at the time of purchase, so the title was mailed to the wrong address. As mentioned below, I need this corrected and a new valid title issued. I have yet to receive the title. ( I purchased 6 months ago) 2. I was made aware, by a collections call, that I have over $1,000 (delinquent/ penalties and actual tolls) in toll fines from NY and NJ for the temporary plates that I was issued. The toll violation dates are from 6/8-6/22. I'm sure your records show that I had already picked up my plates by then. I do not think the switch was accurately reflected in your system or that the address was updated to my mailing address. When I last spoke to Mr. Chaudry, I informed him of this issue and he said he would be sending me an email stating that I am not responsible for the tolls as the plates weren't in my possession. I asked him if he could include the person's name who had the plates at the time for the tolls authority record and he told me he wouldn't be able to provide that level of detail because of privacy policies. Nevertheless, he assured me he would send me an email stating that the charges aren't mine so that I could include it in my dispute to have the charges removed. I have yet to receive any email from him. When I spoke to him again, he said to email Angel. I emailed all the managers and have yet to hear back. Terrible service. Horrible. More
Rude Customer Service! The back up camera on my new car stopped working so i took it to them. I bought the car with them and expected them to fix it on warranty. But as s The back up camera on my new car stopped working so i took it to them. I bought the car with them and expected them to fix it on warranty. But as soon as i mentioned that my camera was not working the representative immediately said it would take 3 to 4 days. I felt like they were trying to rip me off and he was rude too. I had not expected to have this kind of experience, so I walked away. Never going back there again. They lost a customer who would've came to them regularly for all the maintenance. More
What a rip off. Called to say I was bringing the car in for a potential transmission issue and A/C repair. Told the service guy (Eric) NOT to do the A/C if it was transmission related. Told it was the Control Arms, so I proceeded with the AC repair. The service tech said NO TRANSMISSION ISSUES found - and charged me 229.99 for the labor required to diagnose the issue. Took it to another mechanic who confirmed ... Yes, it was the transmission. Called back to complain and got no apology and - no offer to refund. What a crooked way to do business! More
