GX 460 Purchase I just purchased a GX 460 from Lexus of Silver Spring. The sales representative that I worked with was exceptional from the first phone call, all of I just purchased a GX 460 from Lexus of Silver Spring. The sales representative that I worked with was exceptional from the first phone call, all of the way through the sales process. Her name is Laleh Pouya and she was confident, personal and business-like every step of the way. I had several conversations with her on the phone prior to visiting the dealership, so she knew what I was interested in. When I arrived onsite, there were two different GX’s waiting for me to consider and test drive. When I decided that I wanted a couple of different options than what they had at the dealership, she immediately worked the phones/computer and found what I was looking for. The vehicle was on-site the next day! I am happy to say that I felt I was treated fairly and that everyone I came into contact with at Lexus of Silver Spring were courteous every step of the way. Laleh was outstanding and she was a pleasure to work with! More

It is because of Shell that I feel so elated with my new/used car This review specifically speaks to my experience with Mr. Shell Lewis, my salesman. It is because of Shell that I feel so elated with my new/used car. I came by Lexus because of a frustration with my current car, which I had just purchased in November of 2016, and I was not confident about how to handle this because I wasn't "bonding" with my car. Shell picked up on my frustration and was proactive in listening to my situation, talking me through it and opened my mind to other options that I had not even considered, while explaining everything very clearly. He diminished my frustration to the point that I was able to see the resolutions with ease. I went from an 2010 RX350 to a 2014 ES350 and I am so happy. I love the RX too, but this model suits me better, has many wonderful up-to-date features, is super comfortable, very spacious, and drives beautifully! Shell is very knowledgeable about his profession all while creating a relaxing experience. I will recommend Shell to anyone and anytime! Thank you Shell Lewis! S. Fleming More
