Our most recent car buying experience at Darcars Lexus of Silver Spring (first time at this dealership by the way , but definitely not the last!) definitely was one of the best car purchases ever! From the time we walked in the door we were greeted by a very welcoming sales team especially Delmy Vasquez , who spent much time over the phone helping us before even coming into the dealership narrow down what we were looking for in our son’s first car purchase. We were immediately delighted with such customer care making us feel like family from the moment we walked into the dealership . Many questions were answered & we were guided to our salesman Ali Golestani who was beyond knowledgeable of his product & very professional. He spent much time helping our son & we felt absolutely no pressure in the decision making! We were very impressed with his demeanor & eagerness to have our son as a Potential first time buyer ! Everything went smoothly & quickly & the financing team went the extra mile to get our son the best rate possible for his first purchase! We would highly recommend to anyone considering purchasing a pre owned Lexus! On 5/18/2022 walked to DarCars Lexus of Silver Spring to purchase 2020 Nissan Altima. Agreed on price and they asked me for down payment of $2000.00 and I paid. On 5/19/2022 I were informed that Banks didn' purchase 2020 Nissan Altima. Agreed on price and they asked me for down payment of $2000.00 and I paid. On 5/19/2022 I were informed that Banks didn't approve my loan. I asked for refund of the downpayment and sales manager told that I should have it within 72hours (I also have this in text). Today May 27, 2022 and haven't received my money. I spoke to Sales manager Adebayo, to finance manger Inn, General manager Berry and their corporate office (Stephanie) and no one could give me an answer. It looks like if I don't get a co-signer and purchase the car, I will not get my money. More
