We have been loyal clients of another Lexus dealer for many years having bought many great Lexus models. Our most recent IS350 was flawless but we had a sudden “need” for an RC350 Coupe. I searched the internet and cam across an Onbsiian/Flaxen example the stuck a chord. Looking at reviews, I knew Sam was the perfect contact to,pursue this vehicle. On a whim, we stopped into Lexus of Silver Spring to check it out and Sam, fortunateryly was stand at the reception desk! From the moment we met, he proved to be to commsumate professional.....making us at ease, answering questions, showing us the automobile and working out fair pricing. Spending the better part of the day with Sam proved to be very satisfying. While we had not planned to actually buy a car that day.....we DID! In fact, with Sam’s guidance, we worked through the paperwork while the RC got it final detailing and we drove home in it. Sam explained the new tech developed since our last Lexus and offered to further address any concerns in the future. He was friendly, non-pressure oriented, kind, hospitable and very, very knowledgeable. So.....need a Lexus (we all do!)......please see Sam Kim.
