Sam really is the best! I went to several other Lexus dealerships (in Alexandria and Rockville) before going to Darcars in Silver Spring. The sales people we met at the other places were not great - they were manipulative and rude at times. Then we went here and met with Sam - Sam is the best! He’s incredibly nice, kind, and genuine. He made the process as stress-free as possible and I felt taken care of. I hate the act of buying cars but I would do it again in a heart beat if I knew Sam was the person I’d be working with. Will definitely be referring friends and coworkers to him. Thanks, Sam! Oh, I forgot to mention that on the financing side, we met with Nora and she was wonderful! At that point, we had been there for 6+ hours and I was already under the weather and getting hangry and inpatient, but Nora was so nice, polite, and professional, and she really tried to make the process as painless as possible. Then I met with Francisco and he showed me how my new car worked and was patient in explaining and reexplaining things, answering my questions, and also took the time to hook my phone up to my car.
