Great Experience at the Dealership This was my first experience with Darcars of Lexus Silver Spring. I learned of them through searching the net for a particular vehicle I was looking f This was my first experience with Darcars of Lexus Silver Spring. I learned of them through searching the net for a particular vehicle I was looking for, and they happened to have a potential car for me along with other options in case my family changed their mind. I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer, or the area. I live about 45 minutes away. I can't say enough about Laleh as my sales contact. She was outstanding. No sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accommodating service. It sounds like a cliche, but my wife and I really felt very comfortable with Laleh. And trust me, I'm a skeptical type of personality. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with. No hassles. Just civil, relaxed negotiations. Finally , with almost 200k miles on our Lexus Rx300 , we decided to get another certified Lexus because no other make is rated as high in reliability, safety or customer service . We went to a couple of dealerships closer to home . Had salesmen at both these businesses invite us to walk around and then come in if we had questions. Did not seem enthusiastic or eager to answer questions. We decided we should go back to DARCARS Lexus Of Silver Spring where we had bought our car before . We were met at the door by a friendly knowledgeable salesman, Ali G. He asked us what we were looking for , went over the inventory that matched our needs and took us to the lot to look at the cars . One had very low miles but the interior was black which I did not want . Ali told us cars came in daily and we decided to return the following week . Ali again showed us a car we really liked but as we had limited time we wanted to return the next day . There was no pressure at all like saying " we cannot guarantee the car will still be here " etc. Ali pointed out a few minor scratches on the car and said they would either sell as is or take care of it . Anyway , we finalized the sale the next day but only picked up the car yesterday after we returned from a trip . Although they had not promised to touch up the scratches and given us a small discount to buy it as is , the car looked brand new ! Ali has seen how much I liked the car and wanted us to be perfectly satisfied . Chelsea the manager agreed to have it taken care of and we thank her too . The business manger was efficient and we completed the sale quickly . We highly recommend Ali G if you are shopping for a preowned Lexus . He is kind , courteous, knowledgeable and also very funny ! We are so happy with our experience and plan to return when we are ready to trade in our other car and we will ask for Ali G for sure ! More
