L stands for Lexus, also stands for Layla ! We all know Lexus is a great product - but that could have taken me to any dealership of Lexus around me . She explained the products very well, their advantages, diligently walked me through pricing and on the top of it explained my family by understanding their requirements and offering appropriate use cases . In short she connected us very well with the product and we all left happy after a great experience . If I buy another one - I will look for both "L" s to be sure . Thank you Layla. I also would mention Daji for his quick but sound service around the finance part. The sales was followed by finance and we did not even feel tired late night from all the signatures and the options walk through with Daji .
