Lack of integrity and filled with GREED. I called this dealer and within 5 minutes we agreed on a price of a 2016 vehicle listed on CarGuru for $26,495, we agreed at $25900. I told the salesm I called this dealer and within 5 minutes we agreed on a price of a 2016 vehicle listed on CarGuru for $26,495, we agreed at $25900. I told the salesman that I am on my way to pick up my wife but we have an verbal commitment. Around 8:45pm, I texted him back to let him know that I haven't forgotten about him and told him I was still waiting for my wife. By the time I picked up my wife the dealer was closed. The next morning, we talked and try to wrap up the deal, he told expect an offer from the sales manager via email. The sales manager sent the offer of the wrong vehicle, I made him aware of it. He then sent another offer of the original vehicle with a price that is $600 more than the agreed price. I suspected something was not right, so I called the salesman and asked if he needs a deposit and he to me it wasn't necessary. I told him to make sure the vehicle is on hold while we wrap up the deal. The salesman came back and told me that the offer is no longer available. I asked to speak to the manager, and he avoided me after I left a message for the receptionist and wrote him an email requesting to speak. The next day, the sales manager was not working. One day after that, the salesman called me and said the vehicle is sold. I asked what about the request to speak to the manager 2 days prior, the salesman told me: he did not receive my request or email. THAT IS A LIE. The greed of this dealership and the terrible commitment of an agreed price, where is your integrity Lexus? Is $600 worth a 1 star rating? Will Lexus allow this type of business greed ruin their name? What about the lies of not receiving my request to talk about the vehicle?
