The Sr. Sale consultant, Gordon Kimble, was able to give us a great deal and we decided to purchase RX450H here. He was very patient and detail oriented in explaining the features of the car. He followed up with us after the sale to remind us the things we need to pay attentions. I trust thi I purchased a used vehicle from here in the Spring of 2014. Since then, at 5K mile increments, I've also relied on its service department. I trust this dealership and my experiences have always been positive. Importantly, the people are friendly and upfront. I've never dealt with surprise costs or fees. The valet service is very convenient and consistently on schedule. I prepaid for a service package, but that ended over a year ago. I still do all my maintenance and service here because of the consistently positive experiences I've had, otherwise I would have moved on. Like most, I've never enjoyed dealing with car maintenance. Darcars Silver Spring makes this necessary part of car ownership as stress free as I've ever experienced. More
