When we weren't sold on the one we came to view, Bayo showed us other options. We purchased a newer version 2017 RX 350 with less miles for a great deal He was professional, knowledgeable and patient. Having a much older car, we we were not familiar with all the gadgets but he took time to do a through walk through. There was a tiny scratch on the rear bumper and he brought us back after the purchase, gave us a loaner and fixed it. We are very happy and highly recommend Bayo and this dealership. More
