I saw a On Saturday, December 8, 2018, I visited the DLexus of Silver Spring, Maryland. I was wondering around the show room looking for a salesman. I saw a couple of salesman sitting at the desk talking to each other. Of course, I thought they were a salesman and a client. So I just kept standing there looking stupid. I thought to myself, maybe I don't look rich enough. Finally, I heard this gentle voice behind me asking, "Have you been helped." It was Ernest. From that moment on I felt like a Queen, because that is the way Ernest made me feel. His hospitality and salesmanship was second to none. After we talked, I went back on Sunday, December 9, 2018. I started out wanting a Lexus truck. He drove me all over the lot until I finally saw the one I wanted, but it was not the color I was looking for. After test driving the truck, I realized I was too short for the truck because the seat did not come up high enough for me to see over the hood. When we got back to the lot, I saw a car I liked but it was not the color I wnated. I told Ernest I liked that car. He told me he would find one for me and that I would like it. When he came back with the car, not only was it the color I wanted, I told him that I did not need to go for a test drive because that was what I really wanted. As cold as it was that day. He was very patient with me. He showed me how everything in the car worked. I have been back for his help a second time and he patiently stayed in my car unhe showed me how all those electronic and navigation system work.
