My former vehicle was a Toyota 2009 Avalon which had none of the needed sensors and driving aids. After deciding on purchasing an RX 350 AWD, I wanted to experience the much advertised "December to Remember" sales event by getting an excellent deal on a 2018 vehicle with the options I needed. I had a original appointment with Layla for 12/28. But Layla was thoughtful and proactive enough to contact me to let me know I needed come in sooner to make my purchase before all of the 2018 RXs with my color preferences and options were sold. I am truly grateful to Layla for her assistance to my wife and I in making a great choice and a great deal. I can't stop smiling since purchasing my 2018 RX 350 AWD with the Luxury package on 12/21/2018. This is a December I will definitely remember.
