She has been very patient with me, never pushing but kept in correspondence and periodic calls. It was not until Dec 30th until I finally was ready to purchase my nex Lexus. We schedule a time to review the updates on the new model, take a test drive and help me selected the perfect car for me. Although it was a Sunday and she was busy she made time for me and was very professional. She was able to make the process very comfortable.
