Exceptional service from an exceptional sales team. My experience with Alex was absolutely fantastic. Alex was extremely informative, and patiently answered all of my questions regarding my purchase. In fact, he went out of his way to resolve my concerns on whether my vehicle choice was appropriate by making arrangements for me to drive a new vehicle home so that I could test the fit of our family. He also picked me up at the metro station on the day that I was to take delivery, but I have no doubt he would have driven the 60 mile round trip to pick me up at my house if I had asked him to do so. Alex truly made me feel welcome and treated me as if I was already a Lexus owner. This is the first time I have actually enjoyed making a vehicle purchase. Thanks, Alex.
