I am from Northern Virginia and decided to go out of my way to drive here because I heard great reviews from family members who purchased cars from this location. I had the pleasure of working with Sam Kim (Sales) and Nived Sultan (Finance). Both of them provided excellent customer service and I definitely would recommend them. I didn’t have much experience purchasing a car and they walked me through the whole process so patiently. Any questions or requests I had were answered promptly. They were very personable, professional, and put me at ease due to it being my first luxury car. I also had the pleasure of meeting Regina, their manager who was very professional and welcoming too. I am so glad I went out of my way to come here. I also appreciated how they worked as a team to find me the best deal while being transparent too. The whole process was so efficient and I will definitely get my car serviced here. I work in healthcare as an ICU nurse, so I definitely have an eye for for high quality customer service.
