My first lexus I am blown away!!! I have to be honest, I was concerned coming in to even test drive. I was not sure I could afford it. Would Alex be able to work w I am blown away!!! In fact, he went out of his way to resolve my concerns on whether my vehicle choice was appropriate by making arrangements for me to drive a new vehicle home so that I could test the fit of our family. He also picked me up at the metro station on the day that I was to take delivery, but I have no doubt he would have driven the 60 mile round trip to pick me up at my house if I had asked him to do so. Alex truly made me feel welcome and treated me as if I was already a Lexus owner. This is the first time I have actually enjoyed making a vehicle purchase. Thanks, Alex.
